  • Currently  Mayu’s Kitchen’s activities are mainly in HONGKONG
  • Private Chef service, private cooking lessons, party & special event with private chef : — ON DEMAND.  please contact us  in well-advance.
  • Bookings can be made in order of priority & will become effective upon the settlement. 
  • Payment is by check or direct payment (bank transfer) at least 3 days before the day of the cooking lesson and 7 days before the day of your event with our private chef service.
  • Cancellation :  Up to 3 days prior to cooking lesson is full refund.  However, 50% refund from 2 day before &  NO refund on less than 24hrs notice &  the same day and beyond. ( Contact us if you need to reschedule within 2 days)

    I would like to know if you could tailor made cooking classes for me and my 2 helpers. My kid is allergic to shellfish, we are interested to learning any dishes that does not contain shellfish.

    I am thrill to have you in HK and to learn about your interests in infusing Chinese herbal medicine into cooking .

    I have been learning Japanese and French for a long time and also have interests in food and culinary. I like the fact it can keep people happy and invigorated, at the same time create new fashion and meaning . I also like to pair chinese and Japanese tea with food , rather then heavily rely on wine.

    I have 2 friends who want to join your cooking class. Will you be able to let us in and share your discoveries?

    We like healthy dishes , main courses.

    My friends only speak English and I can understand your instructions if conducted in Japanese .
