Beetroot Gazpacho,

Colorful Buddha bowl with Soba (buckwheat) noodles (low gluten), and can be vegan

White Sangria (which can also be alcohol-free).

Japanese chef Mayu Okada (Tokyo Cha-Kaiseki & Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate) will share a healthy, refreshing and delicious Japanese summer menu.

With her own business, Mayu’s Kitchen &Co. in Hong Kong, Mayu also offers private chef services and cookery courses in French and Japanese cuisine.

The Menu will be:

After you’ve finished preparing the meal, we’ll all sit down, relax together and enjoy the lovely lunch we’ve prepared!
