Every month, I have a cooking class, Food tour, or some “Foodies” things with American Women’s Association. It has been nearly 3yrs. Thank you for AWA to give me such great opportunities to introduce my world of French/Japanese cooking to your members. If you are interested, Please let AWA or me!

29 OCT 2019, 11am-2pm: Cooking & Lunch Series: French Cuisine – Home cooking by Mayu Okada

Do you like Julia Child’s favorite French cooking? If so, come along to this home cooking class and demonstration given by Mayu Okada, Le Cordon Bleu Paris-trained chef who has worked at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris. With her own business, Mayu’s Kitchen&Co. in Hong Kong, Mayu is offering private chef services and cookery courses in French and Japanese cuisine.

  • Autumn small bites
  • Chicken & Japanese pumpkin tomato casserole
  • Homemade Caramel sauce & easy pumpkin pudding

Afterwards, we will sit down together and enjoy the lovely lunch.

Colorful Buddha bowl with Soba (buckwheat) noodles (low gluten), and can be vegan

White Sangria (which can also be alcohol-free).

Japanese chef Mayu Okada (Tokyo Cha-Kaiseki & Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate) will share a healthy, refreshing and delicious Japanese summer menu.

With her own business, Mayu’s Kitchen &Co. in Hong Kong, Mayu also offers private chef services and cookery courses in French and Japanese cuisine.

The Menu will be:
