Mayu’s Kitchen & American Women’s Association HK. — Learn French classic cooking from Cordon Bleu trained chef!
This is your chance to learn French Cooking from Cordon Bleu trained chef Mayu Okada, who has worked at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris. Mayu is also a Japanese chef with her own business in Hong Kong, offering private dinning and cookery classes. Mayu will be teaching us how to make “Fish Poele with Epinard sauce”, followed by a dessert “Clafoutis”. After the demonstration we will sit down to enjoy our delicious lunch. Whether it is to add a new recipe to your repertoire or pick up a few tips from a professional chef please do come and join us.
